Summary of the role:

Supporting the store’s team in achieving personal sales targets, while ensuring you deliver every client a world class customer experience in line with our company vision and values.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management team with any procedural, operational or people related activities where necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and services offered in store.
  • Maintaining the professional image of the showroom concerning visual merchandising, housekeeping standards and dress code.
  • Motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Delivering a world class experience to every client.
  • Accountable for personal behaviours and actions.

Qualifications, Experience and Expectations of employer:

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experience:


  • Retail experience within a consultative environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.


  • Visual merchandising skills
  • Previous performance management experience
  • Luxury retail experience
