I don&#039;t usually approve anonymous comments, but it&#039;s an interesting point of view... unfortunately it isn&#039;t really up to anyone but the people that own the business, and the customers. As in a business needs to make money, and those kinds of businesses make money. Do you have any &quot;locally run, authentic restaurants&quot; that you can recommend? I know of quite a few and wonder if you have exhausted all of those already.]]></description>
